Great location for Carnival, safe and quiet area, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, clean rooms.

We found a great place to stay during our trip, very close to the main attractions and with lovely staff. the room was impeccable and had the necessary amenities like air conditioning and comfortable beds. the breakfast was quite decent, with a good variety of options available. the location was perfect, very safe and vibrant, with plenty of options for dining and shopping, as well as being conveniently located near public transit and a short walk to the center and its landmarks.
There was an issue with the tax charged during check-out that caused us some confusion and frustration.

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable beds. The location was also very convenient, close to the city center and easy access to transportation. The staff was professional and helpful, which made my stay even better.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to the city center and safe streets to walk around. the staff was helpful when we needed assistance with some questions about the area.
the hotel could have been better at communicating with us before our stay about the payment options. It was difficult to find a good way to pay for the room before arriving, which added more stress to our travels and made us question if staying there was the best choice.

The rooms were quite decent and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was great that they provided free water and snacks for the guests. the location was perfect for us as it was close to the main events of the Easter celebrations. the neighborhood felt safe and we had no problems walking around even at night.
We were quite disappointed with the breakfast. the quality was poor and there were limited options to choose from.
